Haralds´s Path of Life and Healing
My journey has been one of transformation through Eastern teachings, shamanic practices, and the healing arts. Guided by sacred traditions, I have woven wisdom from Tantra, Nada Yoga, and earth medicine into my path. Early Life and Childhood
I was born in 1969 in Hessen, Germany, surrounded by landscapes of rivers, fruit meadows, and forests. I am a father of two sons and one daughter, and I walk the path of the Lotusheart—the path of peace and beauty—together with my beloved companion, Ambika. We tend to the sacred grounds of the Lotusheart River Mother Land in Costa Rica, where I serve as a gardener, healer, and elder of this path.
Eastern Teachings and Yoga
My journey into the Eastern teachings began in 1987 with the practice of Chi Gong and various forms of Hatha Yoga. In 1990, my life was transformed when I received initiation into the tantric lineage of Baba Nityananda in Ganeshpuri, India. This blessing opened the doorway to a life dedicated to spiritual growth and healing.
In 1991, I lived and studied in India under Shri Balaji Tambe, where I received the initiation into Nada Yoga, the divine sound of Tantra. Over the years, I’ve made pilgrimages to many sacred sites across India, receiving further transmissions from saints and teachers. My heart and soul have been deeply nourished by the wisdom of places like Arunachala and the blessings of beings such as Mata Amritananda Ma and Ramana Maharishi.
Healing and Naturopathy
From 1992 until 2008, I ran a Naturopathy clinic, offering healing through Ayurvedic bodywork, craniosacral therapy, herbalism, and spagyric (applied alchemy). My studies in alchemy were guided by Marino Lazzaroni and Ulrich Jürgen Heinz, among others. A deep student of ethnobotany and evolutionary biology, I have always felt a strong connection to the healing power of plants and nature.
Shamanic Path
In 1992, during a pilgrimage in the Swiss Alps, I was struck by lightning—an event that marked a turning point in my life. I received the ladle in 2003 from my elder, Jürgen Christian, to pour water in the sacred Sweat Lodge, and in 2012, I embarked on a Vision Quest in the Sinai Desert under the guidance of Reinhold Schäfer. My path has also led me to the Amazon, where I spent time with the Yawanawa tribe, receiving their wisdom and blessings.
These experiences have shaped my work as a healer, guiding me in the ways of shamanic practice, earth medicine, and spiritual transformation.
